Production lead times depend on products complexity, quantity, and current production scheduling.
● Standard Products: 90 business days after technical information clarification.
● Non-standard Products: More than 120 business days after technical information clarification.
● High-Volume Mass Production: Lead time will be negotiated and a detailed production plan will be provided. Expedited services are also available.

We implement a full-process quality management system:
● Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
● In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
● Final Quality Control (FQC/OQC): Using precision inspection equipment like Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), optical comparators, and surface roughness testers, accompanied by inspection reports.
● Statistical Process Control (SPC) to ensure production stability.
